On the road again

Who said running is not fun? May be someone who never tested forced rest :) I sure enjoyed today's interval training: 30mins jogging for a starter, followed by 2x15min at a pace of 13km/h, concluded with a light jogging for 15mins. All in all, 15km in 1h17mins without major sign of calf pain. How's that for a come back?
