Slow recovery

During one long run last week, I started feeling a severe calf pain and I was forced to stop the training. I went to see a physiotherapist and had some massage sessions which helped alleviate the pain. Nevertheless, I had to scale down my training programme for the rest fo the week and rest. I did a first test today and I still feel the pain. It seems like I have to take it slow this week again and have some massage sessions. Hopeful it get's better soon.
